Logan Ramirez dedicates his exceptional culinary career to crafting approachably elegant cuisine. Chef Logan has trained at many prestigious restaurants such as Highlawn Pavilion and Gramercy Tavern to name a few. The Jersey City native was a Sous Chef under Chef Ryan DePersio at Battello, and Chef de Cuisine at the former, beloved Fascino. At Gioia Mia, he puts his broad experience and refined palate to use in crafting seasonal, locally sourced dishes that are intertwined with elevated comfort.
